Instructions:
Trim Baby Blue notecard to 4" wide.
Stamp woodgrain circle with blue ink on notecard.
Use decorative scissors to cut a grass border from green cardstock. Adhere.
Stamp bird on white cardstock. Add coloring and cut out just the body of the bird. Adhere to card with pop dot.
Draw in legs with black pen.
Stamp balloon with black ink. Stamp greeting in center. Cut out and add with pop dots.
